ABOUT US
Over twenty years of combined friendship and decades of business experience came together over a glass of good Italian wine (there is no such thing as bad Italian wine, but that is another story) and The Elegant Attic was born.
The opportunity to bring uniquities and antiquities to America was a concept born of self motivated need. Having difficulty finding the pieces we wanted spurred us to create a place where they could be found. Not wanting what everyone else could easily obtain, we ventured out into the world and discovered a wonderful array of the unusual and difficult to find. Pieces that, for one reason or another, we fell in love with. We hope you will too.

Come and see the Elegant Attic, just north of Atlanta in the historic city of Roswell. We are located at 1105 Canton Street, right next to Naylor Hall and across the street from the restaurant Rice.
Shopping at The Elegant Attic is all about fun. We strive to bring you unique and difficult to find pieces from different corners of the world. It is our goal to make sure you do not find our treasures in every little shop across America or elsewhere in the world.
With that in mind, please know that our items are almost always hand made, one of a kind pieces. In many cases, they are created by artisans in remote and obscure parts of our ever-shrinking world. Rarely are two pieces alike, even if they look alike. For instance our garden pottery is all hand made by craftsmen using centuries old techniques and tools. While two pots may look the same, because of the expertise of the craftsman, each one is different.
In addition to the items we find around the world, we are creating our own unique pieces ourselves. We have craftsmen and artists who are available to create a special item just for you. We offer many items custom designed – all hand made with the greatest attention to detail. One of our most popular requests is the cover for a plasma television.
